Dresdner Bank recommends buying the stock, giving the proceedings Unicredit buy with target price to 3.70 euros by providing an earnings per share for this year of 39 euro cents for the next year of 40 euro cents and the next of 0.45 euros per share. Unicredit until a few months ago was worth more than twice on the stock exchange and the economic and financial integration has led massive drop in the bank by Alessandro Profumo. The increase in capital by 6.6 billion euros to strengthen the bank for the future to better survive the terrible financial situation in which you are experiencing. In these days the stock Unicredit is losing a lot and sometimes it is also subject to suspensions for excessive decline.
Worry? It 'time to buy or sell Unicredit?
According to the words of the managing director Alessandro Profumo what is happening in action is a little 'an anomaly:
"I believe that it is not proper to look every day the price of the license, the market for shares is the only liquid market right now and everyone needs to make cash transfers of shares which are particularly liquid like ours (Unicredit)."
Note that always the CEO of Unicredit, Alessandro Profumo, months at the beginning had declared that "The turmoil in the markets seen in recent weeks are unprecedented in history from the 1929 crack."
In fact, considering the strength of the Unicredit group, profits and dividends generated by the continuity it would seem that the current prices are a little 'sacrificed for reasons not related to the management of the bank as to speculation that the group are made by large speculators or hedge funds or simply that many funds and other institutions are forced to sell equities and liquid, as the AD, is one of the Unicredit bank titles in Italy and Europe among the most liquid.
It is also conceivable that within a few months, in case you were cheers up the global economic situation, the prices may go up from the current minimum of Unicredit at 1.5370 which appear somewhat 'low.
